bauroc CLASSIC kergplokid on valmistatud poorbetoonist kuivtihedusega 425 kg/m³ ja survetugevusega fb=3,0 N/mm² (3 MPa). CLASSIC plokke toodetakse 5 erineva laiusega (300 mm; 250 mm; 200 mm; 150 mm; 100 mm).
bauroc CLASSIC kergplokid on klassikalised universaalsed ehitusplokid. Kasutatakse hoone kandvate ja mittekandvate, sise- ja välisseinte ehitamiseks. Välisseintes kasutatakse CLASSIC kergplokke koos täiendava lisasoojustusega. Soovi korral on võimalik lisada täiendav vooderdus (kivi-; laud- ja muu plaatvooder).
bauroc CLASSIC kergplokid on I kategooria müüriplokid, mis vastavad Müürikivide harmoniseeritud standardi nõuetele ja on varustatud CE-märgisega. Tegemist on siledapinnaliste risttahukakujuliste müürikividega, millede ühes otsas on üks vertikaalne soon (v.a. CLASSIC 100, millel nimetatud soon puudub).
Kergplokid on ette nähtud paigaldamiseks õhukesel nn. liimvuugil, mida võimaldab plokkide sile pind ja täpsed mõõtmed. Liimvuugid välistavad külmasildade tekke, tagavad parema õhutiheduse ja annavad müüritisele suurema tugevuse.
Kergplokkide ladumisel kasutatakse bauroc plokiliimi (peenmört) mille survetugevus on =10 N/mm². Müüritise kõik horisontaalvuugid peavad olema korralikult liimiga täidetud ning vuugid ei tohi olla õhemad kui 1 mm ja paksemad kui 3 mm. Igas vertikaalvuugis peab vähemalt ühel plokil olema soon. Vertikaalvuukide õhutiheduse tagamiseks täidetakse nimetatud sooned iga plokirea ladumise järel bauroc plokiliimiga. Parima lõpptulemuse saavutamiseks soovitame igat neljandat vuuki armeerida.
