Puitlaastplaat on puitplaat, mis on valmistatud kõrgel temperatuuril ja survel kokku pressitud puitlaastust ja sideainest. Enamasti kasutatakse spetsiaalseadmes purustatud okaspuidu laastu.

Puitlaastplaat on väga levinud materjal ehituses ja mööblitööstuses, kuid ka näiteks pakendite valmistamisel. Plaadi niiskusesisalduse jääb vahemikku 5–13%. Mõeldud kasutamiseks kuivades sissetingimustes. Ehituses kasutatakse puitlaastplaati peamiselt vooderdus- ja alusmaterjalina. Mööblitööstuses on puitlaastplaat juba pikka aega olnud üks levinumaid puiduasendajaid nii korpusmööbli kui ka pehme mööbli konstruktsioonielemendina. P2 ei ole niiskuskindel plaat.
