bauroc U-PLOKID on valmistatud poorbetoonist kuivtihedusega 300 kg/m³, 375 kg/m³ ja 450 kg/m³. U-PLOKID saetakse välja vastava laiusega bauroc plokkidest pärast nende autoklaavimist.
U-PLOKKE kasutatakse betoonvööde valamiseks hoonete jäigastamise eesmärgil ning vajadusel tugipinnana laetalade, müürilattide ja paneelide all. Samuti sobivad U-PLOKID monoliitsete betoonsilluste valamiseks ehitusobjektil. Sellel juhul on U-PLOKID kui raketis ja projekteerimisel lähtutakse üldistest raudbetoonkonstruktsioonide projekteerimise eeskirjadest.
U-PLOKKIDE tehnilised näitajad on samasugused kui vastava laiusega ECOTERM+ ja CLASSIC plokkidel. Tegemist on künakujuliste siledapinnaliste müürikividega.
Betoonvööde valamiseks liimitakse U-PLOKID bauroc plokiliimiga tihedalt üksteise kõrvale moodustades ühtlase ja tiheda “küna”. Vastavalt projekteerija joonistele asetatakse paika armatuur ja seejärel valatakse „künasse“ sobiva margiga betoon. Paneelid, talad jms. võib paika tõsta siis, kui betoon on saavutanud piisava tugevuse ning nad peavad toetuma betoonile mitte U-PLOKI servadele.
U-PLOKKIDEST silluste tegemiseks on kaks varianti.
1. Sillused valatakse maapinnal kindlal alusel ja tõstetakse pärast kivistumist kraanaga ettenähtud kohta.
2. Akna või ukseava kohale ehitatakse puidust raketis, mille peale asetatakse U-PLOKID ning valatakse sillus. Raketis eemaldatakse pärast betooni kivistumist.
U-PLOKKIDEST sillused peavad toetuma müüritisele mõlemas otsas vähemalt 250 mm. Tugipinna plokk peab olema täisplokk.
Transportimiseks pakendatakse U-PLOKID puitalustele mõõtmetega 1,2×0,8m. Tagamaks kaitset ilmastikumõjude eest on plokialused kaetud termokahaneva kilega. Toodete eristamiseks on alused varustatud värviliste kleebistega. U-PLOKKIDE plokkide puhul kasutatakse sinist kleebist.
