Stone wool boards are designed for the thermal insulation of rendered external walls (ETICS). FRONTROCK PLUS stone wool boards used on façades are an effective thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire protection material for external walls. They also improve the overall energy efficiency of the entire building.
When insulating a building façade with FRONTROCK PLUS boards, you can be confident that the result will be of very high quality and also fire-resistant. Once the boards have been fixed to the building walls, only the installation of a fibreglass reinforcing mesh, priming and the application of a decorative render layer are required.
Key features:
- FRONTROCK PLUS boards are designed for thermal and sound insulation in two layers when the thickness of a single layer is insufficient to achieve the required energy efficiency class;
- FRONTROCK PLUS boards improve the fire safety of the building. They are non-combustible and meet the safest A1 fire safety class;
- The boards are available in thicknesses from 100 to 200 mm, and their thermal resistance also depends on the thickness. All boards have the same dimensions of 600 x 1000 mm.
