FINNFOAM is a high-quality extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation board whose uniform closed-cell structure ensures very low water absorption, good thermal insulation and high strength. These properties make FINNFOAM suitable for use in moist structures and structures subject to loads.
XPS insulation is well suited for frost protection, insulating subfloors, walls and ceilings, and adding insulation to various structures. The large, smooth-surfaced boards make it possible to cover larger areas quickly. Thick boards speed up installation further because fewer insulation layers are required. The half-lap edges allow the boards to fit tightly together and help reduce the risk of thermal bridges.
FINNFOAM is also suitable for terraces, inverted roofs and green roof structures. Half-lap boards are also convenient for insulating subfloors built on the ground.
