Anticon Diffo is a breathable yet water- and wind-resistant roofing underlay that allows moisture to evaporate, helping structures remain dry. At the same time, it protects structures from rain, snow and wind. Thanks to these properties, Anticon Diffo is installed directly against the insulation without the ventilation gap required by conventional underlays. This also improves the insulation’s thermal performance and removes the need for a separate wind barrier.
When converting a shingle, plywood, timber or old bitumen roof to a tile or sheet-metal roof, the simplest solution is a breathable underlay. A film underlay requires a ventilation gap or opening the roof, while a breathable underlay can be installed directly over the old roof.
Anticon Diffo is a very strong, three-layer, UV-resistant underlay designed to meet both exterior and interior climate requirements.
