Solitex Fronta Quattro is a special black-surfaced wind barrier membrane designed for facades with open or semi-open joints. It combines vapour permeability with complete resistance to wind and driving rain while providing an attractive dark background behind the joints.

Application: as an exterior-wall wind barrier in facades with open or partially open joints

UV-resistant: withstands long-term exposure behind open joints

Black surface finish: suitable for design facades where the membrane remains visible between the joints

Vapour-permeable: allows structures to dry

Waterproof and windproof: protects the insulation and timber frame
Installation recommendations:

Install directly over the insulation or on boarding with a ventilation gap

Fasten with staples or use suitable Pro Clima tapes

Overlaps and penetrations must be sealed with tapes recommended by the manufacturer

Also suitable behind vertical slatted facades where the joint width does not exceed the limit specified by the manufacturer
