Grade I pine plywood

• Film-faced softwood plywood is a cost-effective panel material primarily intended for concrete formwork and other construction applications where a good balance between price and the number of reuses is important. The plywood core is made from 100% Elliottii pine veneer and bonded with phenol-formaldehyde resin.

• Both faces are coated with a dark brown 125 g/m² phenolic film, providing a smooth surface and helping to protect the panel against moisture and wear during construction. The panel edges are additionally sealed with waterproof acrylic paint.

• According to the manufacturer, the plywood can be reused approximately 8–10 times under suitable conditions of use, cleaning and storage. It is therefore well suited for projects requiring a practical and cost-effective alternative to formwork plywood designed for a higher number of reuses.
