Business Customer – ProPartner
A Puumarket business customer is a legal entity that orders goods from Puumarket for its construction needs and whose contact details are stored in Puumarket’s customer database. Customers are also segmented based on their purchase volumes. All legal entities making purchases via the Puumarket online environment or stores can join ProPartner.
ProPartner, i.e. legal customers, receive at least a 10% discount both online and in Puumarket stores. Discounts are not cumulative — the customer always receives the highest applicable discount.
How does your company’s data reach Puumarket’s system?
Since company data comes from the Commercial Register, it is important that you are registered there as a board member or an authorised person. Alternatively, you can send an authorisation to puumarket@puumarket.ee, after which you will be added as an authorised representative of the company in our customer database.
The Puumarket customer environment is convenient and user-friendly. Here you can view your company’s invoices, online orders, ongoing orders, and easily submit a credit application. Credit customers can see authorised representatives of the company and have a personal account manager.

Private Customer – Puidusõber
Puidusõber connects us with all our customers who value a wide selection of timber and general construction materials, reliable customer relationships, and fast, competitive offers tailored to their projects.
Puidusõber customers receive a permanent discount of at least 5% both online and in stores. Discounts are not cumulative — the highest applicable discount is always applied.
How to become a Puumarket Puidusõber?
Register as a customer, fill in the required details, and verify your identity using an ID card. Registration can be completed both on our website and in-store. Identification is required to receive permanent discounts both online and in shops.
In addition, you will have a personal contact person and an overview of your online and sales orders as well as invoices.
Customers primarily come to Puumarket for our carefully curated timber selection. Our task is to keep it fresh and interesting — but not only that. Today, Puumarket also offers a full range of general construction materials, from foundation to roof.

Why become a credit customer of Puumarket?
With a Puumarket credit customer agreement, you have your own personal customer manager who will always make you the best offer.
Also a fixed payment term when purchasing with an invoice and discounts according to the purchase volume.
In order to decide on the credit limit, Puumarket has the right to ask third parties for a business credit recommendation. For this purpose, please indicate on the credit application major cooperation partners with whom the credit applicant already works on credit terms.
The time for reviewing the documents is up to three weeks from the submission of the application. The client who submitted the application must, as necessary (if the latest economic indicators are not available), submit their latest economic indicators (balance sheet and profit and loss statement). If economic indicators are not submitted within 90 days, a new application must be submitted. In case of insufficient guarantees, Puumarket has the right to ask for an additional guarantee.
The credit terms come into force after both parties sign the agreement. Puumarket has the right to unilaterally interrupt the granting of credit or ask for additional guarantees if the customer does not fulfill the payment obligations correctly. Contracts can be signed up to 3 months after a positive decision is made.
If the credit limit or payment deadline is exceeded, the customer’s account is automatically placed under a delivery ban without prior warning. A company that has not passed the credit commission can sign an ID customer card contract at Puumarket sales offices. Payment for the order without having a credit agreement is made in advance payment or on the spot in the store.
