ISOTEC CLIMLINER SLAB V2 (formerly KVL) is a rigid glass-wool board faced with black glass-fibre felt on one side, for sound absorption and thermal insulation in ventilation equipment and ducts.
Applications:
Used mainly as internal sound absorption and insulation in silencers, fan chambers, housings and air-handling equipment. The felt prevents fibre release even at high air velocity. Intended for projects without special visual requirements for the sound-absorbing material.
Installation
Its low weight allows economical use of large boards. The board is easy to cut without special tools, remains stable in large pieces, and its through-thickness resilience seals the faced edge beneath possible edge trims for a neat finish.
