The MALDIVE exclusive teak collection is an excellent choice for even the most discerning tastes and is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. The sofa frame is crafted from carefully selected mature teak wood. The wood surface is completely natural and finely sanded without additional finishing. Thanks to its high content of natural oils, teak is highly resistant to moisture and wood-damaging pests, requiring no additional treatment. The cushion covers are made of polyester fabric.
Teak wood withstands a wide range of weather conditions exceptionally well, maintaining its beautiful appearance and outstanding properties for many years. The more mature the teak, the higher its density and natural oil content, making it even more durable and stable in outdoor conditions. Over time, exposure to sunlight and moisture naturally transforms the wood into an elegant silver-grey patina. This colour change is completely natural and does not affect the quality or durability of the wood.
Clean the furniture regularly and protect it from excessive moisture and prolonged UV exposure. If desired, the wooden surfaces can be lightly sanded to restore their fresh appearance. To extend the lifespan of your outdoor furniture, we recommend using protective outdoor furniture covers. At the end of the summer season, store the furniture indoors. Before storage, clean and dry the furniture thoroughly, and keep it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
