Standard top-operated

The top-operated roof window can be conveniently opened and closed with one hand using the handle at the top of the window. This solution makes the window easy to use even when furniture is placed underneath it.

The bottom-operated roof window is well suited to situations where the window must be installed higher than usual, for example in a tall attic wall. The handle at the bottom of the window makes it easy to open and close.

Which roof window should you choose?

In most cases, a top-operated roof window is the right solution. Whenever possible, the roof window is installed relatively low, starting at approximately 90 cm above the floor. This provides a good view through the window while still allowing furniture to be placed underneath it.
