Thermo-bamboo decking board 20x137x1850mm N-durance end-matched

MOSO® Bamboo N-durance® is a solid Outdoor-Density® bamboo decking board made from compressed bamboo strips. The bamboo material undergoes steam and high-pressure treatment, giving the board a warm caramel tone. The special crushing and compression process increases the material’s hardness and dimensional stability and gives Bamboo N-durance® decking boards the highest possible durability class according to European standards.

The end-matched joining system of Bamboo N-durance® decking boards allows an unlimited number of boards to be connected lengthwise, creating a visually uniform and continuous terrace surface.

The symmetrical board profile allows a choice between two top surfaces – grooved or smooth – and ensures quick, convenient installation with the MOSO® fastening system.

When used outdoors, the natural caramel tone of MOSO® Bamboo N-durance® gradually lightens over time and develops a natural greyish patina under the influence of weather.

Installation and maintenance:

• Use a suitable, strong, stable and durable substructure. MOSO® recommends using MOSO® Bamboo substructure beams.
• Before installation, decide which side of the board you want to use – grooved or smooth.
• Fasten the boards to the substructure with MOSO® fastening clips installed in the side grooves of the boards. Alternatively, the boards can be screwed through the top surface.
• It is recommended to install the terrace with a 1-2% slope and ensure good ventilation.
• Bamboo N-durance® decking boards are supplied factory-finished with WOCA Exterior Wood Oil. To maintain the caramel tone, the manufacturer recommends applying a new coat of oil 3-4 months after installation.
• Annual maintenance with WOCA Exterior Wood Oil is recommended to protect the surface from surface fungi.
• Regular annual maintenance also helps preserve the warm caramel tone and luxurious appearance of the decking boards.
• Store decking boards before installation in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, precipitation, dirt and dust.
