Tänapäevane viielaineline Eternit Villa laineplaat on populaarsemaid katusekatteid pakkudes optimaalse hinna eest püsivat katust. Plaadid toodetakse 100% valmis paigaldamiseks – lõigatakse nurgad ja puuritakse kinnitusavad. See lihtsustab paigaldustöid ja hoiab plaatide vigastamise võimaluse nullis. Profiil ja kategooria vastab mõõtmetelt Eestis laialt levinud eterniitplaadile ehk seda saab 1:1 asendada, ilma ehitusluba taotlemata.

Tänu teravale laine nurgale on viielainelised eterniitplaadid 1.5x kõrgema koormustaluvusega kui 8-lainelised eterniitplaadid. See annab paigalduse ja hoolduste aegselt kui ka talviti lume kandmisele kindluse.

Eterniit Villa on Gotika plaadi järel teine kõige väiksem saada olev laineplaat (P75 profiil).
Kõrged lained muudavad need plaadid vastupidavaks. Tulekindel materjal (tuletundlikkus A2-s1,d0)
Tootmisel kasutatakse CurtCoat® värvitehnoloogiat ehk Villa plaatidel on karastatud värv.
