Nurgaprofiilid on iga fassaadi soojustusprojekti puhul oluline komponent. Nurgaprofiile kasutatakse fassaadi soojustussüsteemide välistel nurkadel mehaaniliste kahjustuste eest kaitsmiseks. Leelisekindel perforeeritud PVC-profiil ja klaaskiudvõrk, mis vastavad ETAG 004 nõuetele.

Kaitse mehaaniliste kahjustuste eest: Kaitseb uste ja/või akende välisnurki ning seinanurki mehaaniliste vigastuste eest, tagades seeläbi fassadile pikema eluea ja vähendab vajadus teha parandustöid.
Mõrade vältimine: Aitab ennetada mõrade teket ühenduskohtades, pakkudes tugevamat ja vastupidavamat konstruktsiooni.
Esteetiline välimus: Võimaldab sirgeid nurki, andes hoonele professionaalse ja esteetilise välimuse.

Ettevalmistus: Valmistage ette nurgaprofiilid, isolatsiooniplaadid ja armeerimissegu.
Armeerimissegu: Katke soojustusplaat ühtlaselt armeerimisseguga.
Profiili paigutamine: Joondage nurgaprofiil vertikaalselt paika.
Võrgu kinnitamine: Suruge profiili küljes olev võrk segu sisse ja siluge võrgusilmadest läbi tulnud segu ühtlaseks. Seejärel katke ülejäänud võrk järk-järgult segukihiga.
Ülekate: Profiili sidumisel teise profiiliga ja/või klaaskiud-armeerimisvõrguga tuleb arvestada võrkude ülekattega 10 cm.
Kontroll: Kontrollige profiili sobivust ja tehke vajadusel lõplikud kohandused. Järgige juhendit, et tõhusalt kaitsta välistnurki võimalike kahjustuste eest.
