- Sõrmjätkatud höövelprussi toodetakse erineva pikkusega tükkidest, et puit maksimaalselt ära kasutada, säilitades kõik puidu omadused.
- Sõrmjätkatud puitmaterjal on jätkamata puitmaterjalist oluliselt stabiilsem, sirgem, tema tugevusomadused on võrdväärsed.
