Pind peab olema puhas ja kuiv. Pind puhastada lahtistest osakestest, liimist, õlist, lubjast ja kooruvast värvist. Enne kasutamist segada. Isevalguvate põrandasegude all kasutamiseks lahjendada veega vahekorras 1:3. Tolmuste ja niiskust imavate mineraalsete pindade kruntimiseks enne krohvimist ja pahteldamist lahjendada krunt veega vahekorras kuni 1:5. Puitpindadele kanda lahjendamata kujul või lahjendatuna veega kuni 1:1. Krunt kanda aluspinnale pintsli, maalrirulli või pihustiga.Kuivamisaeg sõltuvalt aluspinna ja õhutemperatuurist 30 min – 2 h. Töövahendid pesta kohe peale kruntimist veega.
