Osmo Polyx® oil wax Original is suitable for finishing all wooden floors such as solid wood and strip parquet, OSB and cork floors, as well as furniture.
The surface treated with Osmo Polyx oil wax remains especially strong and durable, repelling water and dirt. The surface resists stains from wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, juices, milk, and other liquids. Dirt can be removed without a trace. Renovation, even partial, is easy. Simply clean and treat the surface again with oil. No sanding or removal of old oil wax is necessary. The durability of floors treated with Osmo oil wax exceeds the strength of conventional parquet lacquers and waxes. Osmo Polyx oil wax is based on vegetable oils and waxes. The treated surface does not crack, flake, or peel. It is also suitable for treating surfaces located in rooms with high humidity. The surface finished with Polyx® oil wax Original is dirt- and water-repellent, strong, wear-resistant, and smooths the surface. Compared to conventional finishing agents, the plant-based ingredients create a more even and harmonious appearance. Easy to apply, no priming or sanding is necessary – this saves time and money. The dry finish is safe for people, animals, and plants and, according to EU standard EN 71.3, is also suitable for finishing children’s toys. Resistant to saliva and sweat (DIN 53160).
