bauroc PAHTEL on peeneteraline viimistluspahtel müüritise, ebatasaste aluspindade või aluskrohvi tasaseks pahteldamiseks nii kuivades kui niisketes ruumides, nii sise- ja välispindadel. Toote peamine kasutuskoht on bauroc plokkseinte siseviimistlus.
Kasutamine:
1 kott (25 kg) kuivsegu segada 6–7 l veega hoolikalt ühtlaseks tükkideta massiks ning lasta 5 minutit seista ja seejärel veelkord hoolikalt läbi segada. 25 kg kuivainet annab ca 18–19 liitrit valmispahtlit. Valmispahtli kasutamisaeg on ca 2,5 tundi.
Valmispahtel kanda pinnale pahtlilabidaga, silekelluga või pahtlipritsiga. Korraga pinnale kanda 1-5 mm paksuse kihina. Pärast pahtlisegu tasandamist ja lühiajalist kuivamist töödelda pind käsnhõõrutiga (viltida) või siluda roostevabast terasest siluriga. Peale kuivamist lihvige mehaaniliselt maha ebatasasused.
Pahtli pealekandmise ja kuivamise ajal ei tohi õhu- ja aluspinnatemperatuur langeda alla +5°C ega tõusta üle +30°C. Krohvimistöid ei tohi teostada otsese päikesekiirguse, tugeva tuule, udu või kõrge õhuniiskuse korral. PAHTLIGA viimistletud pind on normaaltingimuste korral üle värvitav umbes 7 päeva pärast.
