Bauroc plokiliimi näol on tegemist peeneteralise kvartsliiva ja tsemendi baasil valmistatud peenmördiga, mis on ette nähtud bauroc ECOTERM+, UNIVERSAL, CLASSIC, ACOUSTIC ja HARD plokkide paigaldamiseks sise- ja välistingimustes.
Tavalised bauroc liimsegud sobivad kasutamiseks temperatuuril üle +5°C. Kui õhutemperatuur langeb madalamale peab kasutama talviseid liimsegusid. Nendele segudele on lisatud sobivaid külmalisandid, mis tagavad liimi kivistumise ka madalamatel temperatuuridel. Talvised liimsegud sobivad kasutamiseks kuni temperatuurini -10°C ja segukotid on tähistatud vastava erimärgistusega (lumehelbeke).
