Otsatapiga voodrilaudadega on palju võimalusi luua ainulaadseid mustreid. Saab kombineerida erinevate pikkuste ja laiustega, mängida värvitoonide ning vertikaal- ja horisontaalsuundadega.

Sanglepa ehk musta lepa punakas toon ja kena tekstuur teeb temast nõutava saunaruumide viimistlusmaterjali. Lepapuit on meeldiva lõhnaga, vastupidav, vett hülgav, ei sisalda vaiku ega lähe kuumaks.

Lepa termotöötlus toimub spetsiaalses kambris, kus puit kuumutatakse 180 kraadini ja rõhk tõstetakse kuni 9 baarini. Termotöötluse eelis on tema keskkonnasõbralikkus: puitu töödeldakse vaid kõrge temperatuuri ja veeauruga. Töötluse käigus väheneb puidu tihedus ja muutub selle struktuur, mille tõttu vähenevad lepa niiskusimavus ja niiskuseraldus. Töötlus parandab ka puidu omadusi: suureneb vastupidavus seenkahjustustele.

Termopuit on tavapuidust märksa tulekindlam, lisaks paraneb puidu soojus- ja heliisolatsioon. Termotöötlus annab ka suurepärase visuaalse efekti: kuumutamise käigus omandab lepp ilusa punakaspruuni tooni.
