Osmo TopOil põhineb taimsetel õlidel ja vahadel. Mikropoorne pind võimaldab puidul hingata ning vähendab paisumist ja kokkutõmbumist. Vastupidav veini, õlle, koola, kohvi, tee, piima, mahla, vee plekkidele (DIN 68661-1A). Kuiv viimistlus on ohutu inimestele, loomadele ja taimedele ning sobib vastavalt EU normi EN 71.3 ka laste mänguasjade viimistlemiseks. Sülje- ja higikindel (DIN 53160).
