- Kasutatav lisandina madalatel õhutemperatuuridel alates +5 kuni -15 °C
- Alandab segus oleva vee külmumistemperatuuri
- Kiirendab betooni või tsementsegu kivistumisprotsessi üle 0°C temperatuuri korral
