ISOVER RKL FACADE EJ 32 is an extra-rigid 16 mm combined insulation and wind-protection board with special Facade facing. The facing is vapour-permeable but blocks rain and wind. Thermal conductivity is lambda 0.032 W/mK. Used as an outer layer over gypsum wind-protection board to achieve the RIL 107-2022 target thermal resistance of 0.5 m²K/W outside the frame.

ISOVER RKL FACADE EJ 32 is used in external walls, attics and ventilated subfloors in new construction and renovation. Its vapour-permeable facing makes it suitable for supplementary external insulation. It is not suitable behind brick masonry where RIL 107-2022 requires higher thermal resistance. Its load capacity also permits use above rafters in pitched roofs. UV resistance is 6 months; seal all joints with 60 or 90 mm FACADE tape.
