The DELTA foundation membrane edge trim is designed to provide a neat and secure finish for the upper edge of the foundation membrane. The trim securely fastens the foundation membrane to the wall and prevents soil, sand, gravel, debris, rainwater and meltwater from entering the air gap between the membrane and the wall. This maintains the membrane’s drainage and ventilation performance and extends the service life of the entire structure.

The trim is suitable for use with DELTA foundation membranes and other similar dimpled foundation membranes. If necessary, the connection between the trim and the wall can be made more watertight by applying a suitable butyl sealing tape before installation.
