When you log in to the Puumarket client portal for the first time, enter your name and e-mail address, after which you can link your account to your ID-card. When personalized with an ID-card, the loyalty program applies to both private and business customers. You also have a personal account manager, the best discounts are available for you, and you can conveniently track your orders and purchase history.

When you join the Puumarket customer portal as a private customer, you do not need a customer card, because with the ID-card you are entitled to permanent discounts both in stores and in the online store. As a business customer, you have a personal contact person at your disposal and you have the additional benefit of having an overview of your transactions, purchase invoices and authorized persons.
