Puumarket’s private customer loyalty program Puidusõber connects us and all our customers, for whom a wide selection of wood and general construction materials, a trusting customer relationship and fast and competitive offers according to the project are important.
Puidusõber is always welcome at Puumarket, he can safely contact our specialists for advice or to prepare a project offer!
People come to Puumarket primarily for our skillfully assembled selection of wood. Our most important task is to keep it fresh and interesting and not just settle for what we already have. We are always ready to listen to how we can be even more useful to you.
Why is it good to be Puumarket’s Puidusõber?
For Puidusõber, we guarantee:
- Permanent discount of at least 5 percent – A Puidusõber does not have to wait for discount campaigns, but always gets the necessary product cheaper than the retail price.*
- Personal contact person – You are not alone in your worries. Your contact person will help you find solutions, choose goods and calculate the required quantity.
- Convenience – The order can also be placed by phone or e-mail, you can pay at the cash register in the store, and bulky goods are loaded onto the customer’s vehicle at the warehouse.
- Transport directly to the site – If desired, customer managers help to assemble the order themselves and organize the transport of the goods directly from the warehouse to the object.
* Within the loyalty program, different discounts are not added together – the biggest possible discount always applies to Puidusõber.
How to become a Puidusõber of Puumarket?
Come and register as a customer, fill in the necessary information and identify yourself with an ID card. You can register both on our website and in the store. Personalization is necessary to receive permanent discounts in stores and online.
Plus you have a personal contact person to turn to and an overview of online and sales orders and purchase invoices.
Puumarket AS reserves the right to change these loyalty program rules, except provisions concerning the processing of personal data, and/or cancel the loyalty program by personally informing customers by e-mail and by publishing a notice on Puumarket’s website at least one month in advance.
