Puidusõber conditions

1.Puumarket’s Puidusõber (Wood friend) information

1.1. Puidusõber is AS (joint stock company) Puumarket’s private client loyalty program (hereinafter the program), which offers its members (hereinafter the Client) permanent discounts and special offers in the company’s sales departments and in the e-ordering environment (hereinafter the web)
www.puumarket.ee.

1.2. All natural persons at least 18 years of age can join the Puidusõber program on the Puumarket website by linking the customer account created with their e-mail address to the personal code (Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card), or locally in Puumarket stores.

1.3. Joining the Puidusõber program on Puumarket’s website is free of charge, and there are no additional fees for the Customer when joining the program. Permanent discounts apply to the customer immediately upon joining. In the store, the Puidusõber membership is valid on the basis of an ID card.

1.4. The Puidusõber program is open-ended. To delete the account, you must contact Puumarket’s customer support at puumarket@puumarket.ee.

1.5. By joining the Puidusõber program, the Customer has confirmed his consent to the processing of his non-sensitive personal data by Puumarket AS for the management of customer accounts and marketing purposes (direct marketing, surveys or raffles) in accordance with the laws in force in Estonia.

2. Benefits and discounts of the Puidusõber program

2.1. As a Customer of Puumarket, you have several advantages: permanent discounts in stores and online when linking your account with your personal code. A personal contact person to turn to and an overview of your online and sales orders and purchase invoices.

2.2. For Puidusõber, a permanent discount applies to regular-priced products in all Puumarket stores and online. Discounts are not combined within the Puidusõber program. The biggest possible discount always applies to the Puidusõber.

2.3. Puumarket AS reserves the right to change these loyalty program rules, except provisions concerning the processing of personal data, and/or cancel the loyalty program by personally informing customers by e-mail and by publishing a notice on Puumarket’s website at least 1 month in advance.

3. Protection of personal data; intellectual property and technical information

The terms of this privacy policy apply to AS PUUMARKET’s website (www.puumarket.ee) and stores. Puumarket collects and processes only those personal data that are necessary to serve the customer in stores and in the online ordering environment and to operate the loyalty program. Puumarket forwards direct marketing, campaign and discount offers to customers only if the customer has given their consent and it can be presented in a reproducible form. The customer has the right to withdraw said consent at any time.

Personal data is data that Puumarket collects to provide the service, to identify the person, to contact the person to provide the service or to solve questions. Puumarket does not process sensitive personal data defined in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR or EU Regulation 2016/679).

Puumarket undertakes to protect the personal data of customers and users and their privacy. Puumarket’s activities on the Internet are in accordance with all relevant activities and the corresponding legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL.

Puumarket implements all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect collected personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process data. The users of the database have undergone the necessary training for using the database.
