Lamineeritud vineerpuitu (LVL) kasutatakse enim katusekonstruktsioonide, lagede, betoonivaluvormide, seina- ja põrandakarkasside ning tellingute juures. LVL’i eeliseks on tema tugevuskarakteristikud, mis saavutatakse läbi tootmistehnoloogia. Laminaatstruktuur teeb LVL’i tugevaks ja vastupidavaks.
