Surface preparation:
Previously unpainted surfaces should be cleaned of dust, dirt, and oil. Coagulated particles and salts should be removed with a wire brush or pressure washing. Prime the surface with KSg or KSp primer. Cover areas not intended for painting (metal surfaces, window frames, glass, etc.). It is not recommended to use on surfaces previously painted with alkyd, acrylic, latex, or silicone paints.Work process:
Fresh concrete surfaces must not be painted before 2–4 weeks after construction work completion. Painting can begin 12 hours after priming. The temperature of the substrate and air must be at least +5 °C during priming and drying, and the relative humidity must not exceed 80%. Do not paint in direct sunlight or in rainy and strongly windy weather. Apply to the surface “wet-on-wet” using a special texture paint roller, preferably in 2 coats. Do not pause longer than 5 minutes during painting to avoid streaks and spots caused by drying. Depending on the desired texture, paint can be applied in multiple layers, with at least 12 hours interval between each coat. Drying time at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity is 12 hours. Due to its high water vapor permeability, the paint is especially suitable for lime and lime-cement plasters.
