Täispuidust välisvoodrilaud sobib kasutamiseks hoonete välisviimistluses. Voodrilaud sobib nii uute hoonete fassaadide katmiseks kui ka vanade hoonete renoveerimiseks. UYV näol on tegemist väga praktilise profiiliga, kus on kliendi või ehitaja jaoks juba väga palju tööd ette ära tehtud.

Tööstuslik värvimine annab veatu pinna ning tagab voodrilaua pikema kestvuse ning vastupidavuse ilmastikutingimustele. Otsatapiga voodrilaua puhul on võimalik laudu paigaldada nagu parketti ehk pikkuse erinevusest tekkivad kaod on seeläbi võimalik viia miinimumini.

Tööstuslikult värvitud välisvoodrilauale kehtib tootja garantii juhul, kui kogu viimistlusprotsess on lõpuni viidud tootja juures. Katvad toonis 2 kihti pinnavärvi korral kehtib garantii värvide kombinatsiooni toimivusele 10 aastat 1–2 korruselistel hoonetel, millel on olemas nõuetekohased räästad.
