Grade II birch plywood
Strong and reliable Grade II birch plywood is coated with a phenol or film layer, which provides the surface with good wear and moisture resistance. The plywood is intended for use in construction, vehicles, flooring, and other technical applications where material durability and strength are more important than appearance.
Grade II film plywood allows small visual and surface defects – for example, color differences, small scratches, fillers, or slight roughness.
Delamination of the film or lamination up to 1/3 of the board area on one side is also permitted.
These defects do not affect the strength or water resistance of the plywood. The surface is easy to clean, the glue joint is waterproof (WBP), and the product is environmentally friendly and reusable.
Well suited for frameworks, work surfaces, transport floors, trailers, and technical constructions where a durable and practical solution is needed.
Surface: F/F (smooth/smooth) or F/W (smooth/rough), dark brown
Film layer thickness: 120–240 g/m²
Standards: EN 636-3 S – structural plywood for outdoor use
Glue joint class: EN 314-2, class 3
Formaldehyde emission: EN 717-2, class E1
