A Swedish company MidMade/SSC is a manufacturer of loft ladders that are very durable, with safe construction, take very little room, are easy to mount, use and take care of.

LEX hatch-stair is a modern, space saving loft ladder that has an effective 30, 60 or 70mm isolation and gasket. It is possible to paint the hatch. In order to facilitate opening and closing of the hatch, it has two springs. For opening the hatch, there is a 800 – 100mm long key. The standard staircase is composed of three sequels.

Fire-resistant loft ladders meet the requirements of fire-resistance class EI30. The have an effective 60mm rockwool sound insulation. It is possible to extend the height of loft ladders up to 3200mm.
