Immutusvahend Holz Bio on loodud puidu pikaaliseks kaitseks. Holz Bio on sügavimbuv vahend, mis tagab puidule pikaajalise kaitse vananemise eest ja parandab selle kestvust. Holz Bio puidukaitsevahendiga töödeldud puit takistab seente Coniophora puteana, Gloeophyllum trabeum ning Coriolus levikut. Holz Bio puidukaitsevahendit võib kasutada nii sise- kui välistingimustes.
Puidukaitsevahend Holz Bio seondub puiduga keemiliselt, säilitab puidu tekstuuri ega takista õhutsirkulatsiooni.
- tule- ja plahvatuskindel;
- ei sisalda lenduvaid aineid;
- ei ole kantserogeenne.
Immutit Holz Bio kasutatakse eraldiseisvalt või kruntvärvina. Puidukaitsevahendiga immutatud ja kuivatatud pinda võib värvida ja/või katta erinevate dekoratiivsete materjalidega, näiteks HOLZ Oil puidukaitseõliga. Mitte segada teiste vahenditega!
Kuivamisaeg sõltub materjali imamisvõimest ja kuivamistingimustest (temperatuur ja niiskus). Iga pinnale kantud kiht tuleb kuivatada õhu käes temperatuurivahemikus +12 oC … +40 oC ja õhuniiskusega kuni 75%. Kuivamisaeg on 24-72 tundi. Kuivamiskiirus sõltub õhutemperatuurist ja -niiskusest, puidutüübist ja viimistlusviisist.
