Aluspind peab olema stabiilne, tugev, ilma pragudeta. Puhastada pind pudedatest pindmistest kihtidest,tolmust, õlist, värvijääkidest jms. Eriti tihedad ja/või siledad pinnad töödelda üle abrasiiviga. Mineraalsed aluspinnad kruntida krundiga Sakret UG (lahjendada veega 1:3). Monoliitvalu korral kasutada ainult mitteimavaid või väheimavaid raketisi, töödelda eelnevalt raketiseõliga. Raudbetoonkonstruktsioonides tagada metalldetailidele küllaldane kaitsekiht. Suurte konstruktsioonide pindadel järgida deformatsioonivuukide intervalli.

SAKRET BE tuleb segada puhtas nõus või segumasinas külma puhta veega tükivabaks massiks. Paigaldada betoon ühtlaselt raketisse ning tihendada, tasandada ja siluda. Ehitise deformatsioonivuuke ei tohi betooniga katta. Põrandate valamisel kasutada armatuurvõrku. Kaitsta värskelt valatud pindu otsese päikesepaiste, sademete, külmumise ja tugeva tuule eest, soovitav on järelniisutus. Põrandate valamiseks on vähim optimaalseim kihipaksus 40 mm. Valatud pinnad on käidavad ja plaaditavad 24 h möödumisel valamisest.
