3-kihiline parkett on väärispuidu kihiga laudparkett, kus keskmine ja alumine kiht on tehtud kuusest, männist või paplist. Sellise konstruktsiooniga laudparkett on temperatuuri ja niiskuse kõikudes mõnevõrra stabiilsem kui massiivparkett, sest erisuunalise puidusüüga kihid neutraliseerivad puidu loomulikku liikumist. Sellest tulenevalt on ka pealispind stabiilsem ning sisekliima muutustele vastuvõtlikum. Tänu “lukk” süsteemile on paigaldamine väga lihtne ja kiire. Kui planke maha ei liimita, siis on võimalik lauad üles võtta ning teises ruumis uuesti paigaldada. Sobib hästi kasutamiseks põrandaküttel.
Väärispuidu kiht on kuni 3,0mm, mis võimaldab parketti 2-3 korda lihvida.
