ADVANCE-LINE tuletõkkeuksed takistavad tõhusalt tule ja suitsu levikut ja isoleerivad helisid. Tuletõkkeuksi kasutatakse ruumides, kus ehitusnormid nõuavad EI 30 tuletõkkeuksi. Suletud EI1 30 tuletõkkeuks peab vastu vähemalt 30 minutit ehk leegid ei pääse uksest läbi ja ukse pinnatemperatuur ei tõuse üle lubatud normi. Ukse heliisolatsiooniomadused teevad sellest ka helikindla ukse nõudlikele objektidele. Ukse heliisolatsiooni indeks on Rw 38 dB ja see kuulub 30 dB heliklassi ehk tavalist kõnet teisel pool ust ei kuule, küll aga võib läbi kosta vali müra ja kisa. Loomulikult tuleb erilist tähelepanu pöörata ka ust ümbritseva seinakonstruktsiooni isolatsioonile.
