Autoklaavmeetodiga kuumõlitatud termomännist klambrisoonega terrassilaud.
Klambrisoonega termotöödeldud terrassilaud, mille kõik küljed on lisaks töödeldud pruuni kuuma õliga, mis annab tootele vetthülgava ning UV-kaitsega kihi.
Ostuga saab kaasa ka pealmise pinna viimistlusõli “Protim”, suhtega 10m2 = 1L. “Protim” likvideerib paigaldamisega tekkinud vigastused.
Olenemata sellest, kas tegu on termopuiduga, lehisega, troopilise puiduga või tavalise immutatud materjaliga, muutub päikese käes loomulik värvus ikkagi halliks. Autoklaavmeetodiga kuumutatakse naturaalne linaõli +65 C temperatuuri juures vaakumi abil puidupinna sisse. Selle töötlemise tulemusel saab terrass:
- vetthülgava toime
- UV kaitse
- kujukindluse
- seenmädaniku kaitse
- säilib puidu originaalne struktuur ja keskkonnasõbralikkus
- puidule saab anda erinevad vetthülgavad värvitoonid
Saadaolevad variandid: D5 (mõlemalt poolt rihveldatud) ja D4 (ilma rihvelduseta sile laud).
