Amroc põrandaplaat on kvaliteetne põrandakatte materjal, mida iseloomustavad eelkõige kõndimismugavus, survetugevus ja hea heliisolatsioon. Äraproovitud on rakendus „ühemeheplaadina” suurusega 1250x625mm, lihvituna mõlemalt poolt ning sulundliitega neljas küljes.

AMROC ehitusplaadid on valmistatud männipuidulaastudest ja portlandtsemendist (OPC), mineraalsetest lisanditest ja veest kõrgtehnoloogilise pressimise teel. Ei sisalda formaaldehüüdi, mürgiseid aineid ega muid ohtlikke koostisosi ning on vastupidavad närilistele, seentele ja putukatele. Ilmastikukindlad, külmumis- ja sulamiskindlad, kõdunemiskindlad ning vastupidavad keemilistele puhastusainetele, samuti loomsetele jäätmetele.

Plaadid on paigaldatavad „ühemehe” plaatidena ning enim kasutatakse plaate ujuvpõrandana, mille korral on plaadid profileeritud servades alati üksteise külge liimitud. Puittaladele paigaldamise korral võib plaadid täiendavalt kinnitada kruvidega aluskarkassi külge. Plaatide vuugid ei tohi jääda alustalade vahele.
