Uuenduslik lamellkatus on vändaga avatav ja suletav ning pakub kaitset ja varju nii kerge vihma, kui kõrvetava päikese eest. Suletud lamellidega katus on veekindel. Tänu sisse ehitatud vihmaveesüsteemile juhitakse vesi ohutult katuselt ära.
