Veekindla fenoolvaiguga liimitud kasevineer (Riga Ply) on mõlemalt küljelt kaetud fenool- või UV-kindla kilega, mis kuumpressitakse pinnale. Fenoolkile koosneb paberist, mis immutatakse fenoolvaiguga. UV-kindel kile immutatakse spetsiaalse aminovaike sisaldava termoreaktiivse polümeerseguga. Kulupinnal on võrgumuster (F/W markeering). Riga Tex’i võrgumuster on eriliselt kulumiskindel ning sobib hästi erinevateks põrandapaneelideks. Lõikeserv tuleks kaitsta puidukaitsevahendiga.
