Lubatud on:

kuni 300 mm kriimustused pikkuses
pressiplaatide jäljendid tingimusel, et kilekihi terviklikkus on säilinud
laminaadi pundumine kuni 100mm
spooni puudumine vineeri sisemistes kihtides on lubatud pikkuses kuni 25mm
eraldunud kildude jäljed suurusega kuni 5x20mm
karedad ja hõõrdunud kohad.

Lamineeritud vineer on suure tiheduse ja tugevusega, seejuures eriti hea veekindlusega materjal. Vineeri lamineerimine parandab pealispinna vastupanuvõimet väliskeskonna mõjudele.

Tänu heale libisemis- ja kulumiskindlusele leiab see materjal väga laialdast kasutamist, nt. konstruktsioonimaterjalina ehituses, dekoratiivse viimistlusplaadina mööblitootmises, veokite haagisepõhjades ja külgedel, samuti vagunites, betooni valamisel jne.

Plaat on kaetud mõlemalt poolt fenoolkihiga.
