Kondensatsioonivesi on üks peamisi konstruktsioonija materjalikahjustuste tekitajaid nii vanades kui ka uutes hoonetes. Isolatsiooni ulatuslikuma kasutamise ja uute katuseehitusmeetodite tõttu on ülemise vahelae kondensatsioonioht üha suurenenud.
ROOFPROOF on valmistatud HDPE-võrgust, mille mõlemal poolel on lamineeritud polüetüleenkile. Selle alla on lamineeritud vett imav kangas. Kui temperatuuri kõikumine põhjustab suure kondensatsiooni, imab kangas niisukse endasse ja hoiab ajutiselt ülemäärast niiskust, et vabastada see hiljem, kui temperatuurid on ühtlustunud. Roofproof sobib igasuguste materjalide aluskatteks – plekist kuni traditsioonilise telliseni.
