Radoonikile on kasutamiseks vundamendi valu all tõkestamaks radooni pääsu hoonesse. Radoonikile sobib enamik vundamendi tüüpidele passiivseks radooni tõkestus kihiks. Radoonitõkkekile paigaldamisel tuleb jälgida paigaldusjuhendeid ning standardeid. Radoonikile ülekate miinimum 150 mm. Kõik radoonikile jätkamised tuleb teha kasutades spetsiaalseid teipe. Kõik läbiviigud tuleb hoolikalt sulgeda spetsiaalsete teipide ja/või mastiksitega. Radoonikile paigaldusel tuleb jälgida, et pinnas, millele kile pannakse ei sisalda teravaid kive jms. Iga vigastus tuleb parandada vastavalt juhistele.
