Autoclave hot-oiled thermo pine decking board with clip grooves. Available variants: D5 (ribbed on both sides) and D4 (smooth board without ribbing).
Clip-grooved thermally treated decking board, with all sides additionally treated with grey hot oil, giving the product a water-repellent layer with UV protection.
The purchase also includes “Protim” finishing oil for the top surface, at a ratio of 10m2 = 1L. “Protim” repairs damage caused during installation.
Whether the material is thermowood, larch, tropical wood or ordinary impregnated material, its natural colour will still turn grey in sunlight. Using the autoclave method, natural linseed oil is heated to +65 C and drawn into the wood surface by vacuum. As a result of this treatment, the terrace gains:
- water-repellent effect
- UV protection
- dimensional stability
- protection against fungal decay
- water-repellent colour shades
